Please join the Cow Neck Peninsula Historical Society for A History of Cheese! From holy offerings of cheese in Mesopotamia to the modern industrialization of cheddar, we'll trace cheese through history - and learn how culture impacted one of America's most popular foods. The virtual program will be led by Jessica Affatato, cheesemonger and proprietor of Harbor Cheese & Provisions, and will last approximately an hour.
Registration is simple and the class is FREE.
