Classic Car Show & Hill Climb

Wheels Through Time!

June 24th, 2018! We hope you didn’t miss it!
A Classic Roadster Hill Climb
and Car Show!

Two events on the same day!

The Antique Roadster Hill Climb: A popular event during the 1920’s, 30’s, and 40’s coming to Port Washington this June! Classic roadsters, pre 1940, assemble at Hempstead Harbor Beach Park.  One at a time the cars race up the hill and get timed. The public watches and cheers from alongside the street. The cars return to the Park for another climb.  Each car gets 3 runs up the hill. Unique Trophies and prizes will be awarded to the winners in multiple categories.

The Classic Car Show: At noon, many of the cars parade over Beacon Hill Road, up Port Washington Blvd.,  joining classic cars up through the 1970’s for an classic car show on the grounds of the Sands-Willets House.
